Easy Homemade Salsa for Roast Chicken or Tacos
Today you learn how to make a very easy way to make one of the many traditional Mexican Salsas with ingredients that you get at your local shop in any part of the world, This is one of the Salsas that can go with your Roast Chicken or obviously Tacos, or eggs, and many other preparations. You know, to be able to recreate the authentic flavours of Mexican cosine with the ingredients that I can have available at any moment, has been so important, I thought could not be possible if didn't have the Serrano or Jalapeno chiles etc and the good new is that fortunately is possible!.The Supermarkets now count with a very wide variety, I have found Chipotle and Guajillo chiles although mostly in flakes, still do the job right? So, I will show you this veru easy salsa.
Equipment
- 6 Medium Tomatoes
- 1 Green chile
- 1 big garlic cloves or two small
- Coriander handful
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boils the tomotoes and green chile until the tomatoes skin breaks, it kind of open on it own.
- If you want a non spicy salsa remove the seeds
- Blend together the tomatoes, chile and garlic clove
- Chop the Coriander
- Pour the salsa in the container
- Add the coriander and mix well
- Finally add Salt to taste, and enjoy!
